increase. Introduction of point pib(poka yoke) eliminate the chance of reverse assembly of grill.

• Project Title: Lever shaft thread damage elimination (DMAIC approach-Six Sigma)

Role Description: Overall responsibility for a successful planning, Responsible for the day to day running of the
development effort, especially focused on the effort of the team.
Project Details: For Customer, did elimination of thread damage in Part Load Governor occurring during torqueing
of Lever Shaft (PLG) in assembly line by introduction of internally designed and standardized bit at the station. A
part/component of the final product was getting damaged during assembly. DMAIC approach (six sigma) was used
to eliminate the internal quality complaint.
