DEED OF CONFIRMATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MELQUIADES ALMADEN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a

resident of Sta. Fe, Leyte, am the owner of a residential land situated at Poblacion, Sta.
Fe, Leyte and more particularly described as:

“A certain parcel of residential land, situated at Poblacion Sta. Fe,

Leyte, covered by Tax Declaration No. 0198 with an assessed value of
P5,430.00 and bounded on the North by Calle Sin Nombre, on the East by
Remegio Caca, on the South by Provincial Road, and on the West by
___________ containing an area of 181 sq.m. more or less.”

I hereby confirm and affirm the sale executed by me in favor of GLENN

MARTINEZ on 15 August 2006 in a Deed of Absolute Sale.

Immediately thereafter, GLENN MARTINEZ had the property surveyed and

verified by Land Management Services, DENRO8 under Lot 88, Cad. 495-D, which
confirmed the earlier survey of the property sometime in November 8, 2004 to be
containing about 2,266 sq.m. more or less.

MELQUIADES ALMADEN, exhibiting to me his CTC No. 17541125 issued on 1-02-06
issued at Sta. Fe, Leyte, known to me to be the same person who executed the foregoing
instrument, and he acknowledged to me that the same is his free act and voluntary deed.
