Terms and Conditions:
1. Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of "Bavaria Motors Private Limited".
2. Prices prevailing at the time of car delivery will be applicable. Any changes in government taxes, duties etc will be borne by the Purchaser.
3. Car deliveries are subject to availability of paintwork / upholstery / stock.
4. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and the booking amount of INR 5,00,000/‐ is non‐refundable and interest‐free.
5. Model / Variant / Equipment change post registration of the car is not possible.
6. The standard warranty is for 02 (two) years (unlimited mileage). 1Extended Warranty offered above is for the 03rd year (unlimited mileage).  The scope, content, inclusions 
and exclusions of the 1Extended Warranty are subject to terms & conditions.
7. 2MSI (Service Packages) offered above are on age (years)/mileage (km) basis (whichever is earlier). The scope, content, inclusions & exclusions of the 2MSI (Service Packages) 
are subject to terms & conditions.
8. Prices and car specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
9. The car/s will be registered and delivered only after receipt of the full payment from the Purchaser.
10. All transactions are subjected to Pune jurisdiction only.
11. As per provision 206C of the Income Tax Act (amendment vide Finance Bill 2016), TCS @1% has to be collected by the Seller from the Buyer
