I. Title of the Training:
5-DAY SCHOOL SUMMER READING CAMP

II. Target Clientele:

Pupils who are under frustration level of Palandok Elem

IV. Rationale
Reading plays a significant role in our society today-a necessity to develop and master.It is the greatest weapon against the deceptive people.It can also
open up new worlds and enrich lives of the young learners and adults as well.The words-spoken and written are the building blocks of life.

The process owner together with the teachers of Bacungan Central School created this 5-Day Summer Reading Camp designed to help the chidren
under frustration level to become better and an independent reader.

It is participated by pupils under frustration level based on Phil-Iri result which was conducted last February, 2019.
V. Terminal Objectives:

To enhance the reading ability of the pupils from frustration to independent level.

VI. Enabling Objectives:

At the end of the summer reading camp, pupils who are under frustration level will be able to:

1. produce the sounds of the letters in the alphabet


2. read CVC and CCVC pattern, basic sight words, phrases, sentences, short paragraphs and stories with comprehension.
