Sub : Humble request from a Farmer.

I am Pilla Reddy aged about 84 years would like to bring to your kind notice
certain information.
 The said matter in between myself and my family versus CRPF.
 I am the absolute owner of 29 ½ Guntas of land in survey No.52 of Tharalu
Estate, Tharalu Post, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk.
 The said property is being encroached by CRPF Anti Naxalite Training
Institute.
 In 2007 I approached the Court of Law which give me relief (Documents
attached).
 On 21st February 2015 in court of Principal Session Judge ruled in favour
me (Documents attached).
 Again 23rd August 2017 in court of 1st Additional District and Session
Judge, the court ruled in favour me(Documents attached).
In all the incidences my ownership is upheld based on these Judgement I
approached CRPF through the Jurisdictional police, but I am yet to get the possession
of my land in Survey No.52 measuring 29 ½ Guntas (Documents attached).
As a humble farmer of this country I am forced to fight my own CRPF for their
mistake.
In the said land the CRPF a built some civil structures.
The CRPFs is not allowing me to approach, cultivate and harvest in Survey
No.52 and remaining part of Survey No.52 and Survey No.55 of agriculture land
which is adjoining also belong to me.
Whenever I approached CRPF officer’s I am bullied and threatened by
ferocious dog squad.
I humble request you to go through the documents attached and direct the
CRPF to vacate my agriculture land and help me to cultivate my own land.
I have undergone tremendous mental agony unfinancial loss because of this at
this age I would like to live peacefully and enjoy the remaining life.
I also hope this incident will not attract any trouble from CRPF in the feature.
