EXECTIVE SUMMARY
The Success of any company depends in part on the
match between individuals and culture of the
organization. Organisation culture is the set of operating
principle that determine how people behave within the
context of the company.
The main objective of the study is to understand the
existing organizational culture of “BELLAD AND
COMPANY” (SWARAJ), to analyse the employee
satisfaction with regard to the present organisational
culture and to find out the corrective measures to be taken
by the management to improve the organisational culture.
The type of research undertaken for the present study is
exploratory as well as descriptive. The data were collected
on both primary and secondary sources. The primary data
comprises of questionnaires method which contains 60
employees and the secondary data was picked up from the
reports generated by the HR Manager. Analysis and
Findings are done based on questionnaires filled by
employees. At the end conclusions and suggestions are
given.
