1. The driver shall maintain a good driving record. Reckless driving shall not be tolerated and may cause the temporary
suspension or termination of the agreement.
2. The driver shall exercise proper decorum in dealing with his/her passengers and shall at all times conduct himself in a
manner that would not put the employer at risk. Any valid complaints received by the employer against the driver may also
cause the temporary suspension or termination of this agreement.
3. The driver shall be responsible for the loss or damage to/of the vehicle.
4. The driver shall not assign this agreement nor allow anyone to operate or drive the assigned vehicle.
5. The driver shall assume all risk of bodily harm and injury arising from the operation of the vehicle.
6. The driver shall not tamper/modify/replace any parts of the vehicle nor bring the vehicle for repair and maintenance to
other person/or shop not accredited or not authorized by the employer.
7. The driver shall immediately return the vehicle upon termination of the agreement or termination due to breach of any of
the terms and conditions of this agreement.
8. Drug testing/Alcohol testing of drivers may be conducted anytime.
