Conditions:
The room rate includes buffet meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast and lunch).
Daytrip rate includes buffet lunch. Room not included.
Room rates are quoted on a per person per night basis, including taxes.
Children 0-4 years old are free of charge. Children 5-9 years old will be charged 50% of the per
person rate.
We offer baby- sittersand drivers’ dorm room for P2, 500 per person, inclusive of meals (lunch,
dinner, breakfast and lunch). Dorm room can be shared up to maximum of 8 pax on a first come
first serve basis.
Upon reservation, please indicate your preferred bed arrangement (for standard rooms).
Pets are not allowed in the resort premises.
Smoking is not allowed in all enclosed areas. Use the areas designated for smoking.
Standard check- in time at 2pm; check out time at 12pm shall be observed. Early check-in if
possible.
To confirm reservation, a 30% (non- refundable) down payment is required.

Cancelation Policy: 30% deposit can be used for different date of stay if cancelation is made within 3
days before date of arrival. If cancelation is made within 3 days of arrival 30% deposit will be forfeited.

Two way transportation service (AIRPORT- RESORT – AIRPORT)

Php. 10,000 per van inclusive of toll, gas and driver’s fee. Capacity of 8 persons with luggage.

Night Dive

Dive package rate includes boat fee, service of 1 DM and tank for each dive. If 6pax or more, 1 safety
diver will be provided if needed.

Shore dives
Daytime shore dive fee, min. of 4 divers, good for 1 shore dive w/ 1 DM P550 per person
Night shore dive fee,min. of 4 divers, good for 1 shore dive w/ 1 DM P660 per person
Intro dive fee,good for 1 shore dive w/ gear and service of 1 DM P3000 per person

Dive Package Conditions:
1. Dive outside the package will be charged accordingly.
2. Dives with cross channel will be charged extra. Please consult our front office for cross channel
clarifications and fees.
3. All missed and cancelled dives by the guest is not transferrable nor refundable.
4. Request for additional Dive Master will be charged extra to the requesting guest or group.
5. Maximum dive time is 75 minutes.
6. All gear rentals shall be returned in proper working condition
-any damaged gears caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
