l. For the information and guidance of all concerne4 the conduct of the Phil-Iri Pmt Test
(Grades 3-6 and Grade 7) will be administered from February 1&22, 2019 using the
Oral Reading Materials per Grade level and SET C Silent Reading Mat€rials per Grade
level for Filipino and English.
2. School-based Consolidated Report (Indicating Pre and Post Test Results) will be
submitted to the Records Section on or before March 1, 2019 addressed to ll{rs. Ma.
Nimfa R. Gabertan, EPS in English for English results and to Dr, Rodolfo F. de Jesus,
EPS in Filipino for Filipino Results.
3. From these results, all schools are expected to implement their School-based Summer
Reading Program Across lrarning Areas form Apnl 15-16,2019 (incoming Grade 3,
4, 5, 6 and 8) to address the needs of pupilVstudents who are identified under the
FRUSTRATION LEVEL or NON-READERS, as well as ENHANCEMENT
PROGRAM for Fast and Advanced l,earners, Division Reading Team will be
monitoring the conduct of School-based Summer Reading Program.
4. A minimum of five (5) days and a maximum of ten (10) days are the ideal number of
contact days for the said reading evenl/activity.
5. Teachers who will be involved in the conduct of School-based Summer Reading Camp
will be given Service Credits.
