Current Position: Health centre Supervisor since August 24/2018 till
now,
 Training given for medical and para medical staff about Kala Azar
and AWD/Cholera
 A role model for quality nursing care within the wards, and as
nursing team leader for all BOH staff.
 Involve CTC AWD treatment centre.
  Assists medical team with coordinating patient referrals, is
responsible for arranging nursing staff for accompaniment on patient
transfer if medically necessary.
 Supervises and assists with both the planning and implementation of
nursing processes within the wards.
 Participates in the preparation of the monthly medical report
and other reports as necessary with the medical team.
 Conducts regular evaluation of nursing staff.
 Supervises and participates in the provision of nursing care.
