General Information
1. Where is this school located? How long would it take you to get there from Garnet Valley? How do
you feel about this distance?
One Alpha Drive Elizabethtown, PA 17022-2298. It would take around an hour and 40 minutes to get
there from GV, I personally like this distance because it is no super close to home but still close
enough to drive home for the weekends.

2. How many undergraduate students attend this school? How many graduate students?
1,633 undergraduate population and the graduate population is not specified.

3. List three sports, clubs, and/or organizations that the school offers that interest you. Consider
Greek life (fraternities/ sororities), campus ministry, study abroad opportunities, community service
organizations, etc.
They have the opportunity for me to study abroad in countries like Greece, England, Ireland, etc. They
also have an OT club at their school. Finally, they also have intermural sports that I can play.

4. What kind of internships is available to students of this school?


Try to find the answer to this question for your prospective major.
For the OT masters and doctorate program, different internships are worked into the program. Some
work with pediatrics and some work with adults.

5. What is the campus setting (urban, suburban, rural, etc.)? What kinds of off-campus experiences
are available to students at this school?
I would say more suburban. They go on Hershey and shopping trips in Lancaster.

6. What are the three majors that this school offers that you would like to consider?
OT, psychology, and early childhood education.

This school, I would say it is inbetween a “middle of the road” and a “safety” for me.

16. What academic supports/curricular accommodations can students with special learning needs
receive?
The College must be informed six weeks prior to arrival if a participant of your program requires special
accommodations and must be informed as to what the special requirements are. If the accommodations needs
cannot be met, the College will contact the Client within five business days of the original request. Not all
residence halls are equipped to meet the special needs requirements for accommodations. The College
reserves the right to assign persons requiring special accommodations to appropriate facilities which may be
separate from other conference guests.
