DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, NESTOR B. LOMBOY, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Barangay Magatas, Sibualn, Negros Oriental; hereinafter called the VENDOR, in Favor of-

SHERYLL M. ATOWAN, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE,

W I T N E S S E T H:

That the vendor herein is the absolute owner of a certain Utility Vehicle which is more
particularly described as follows, to wit:

Plate Number : GXH-308 MV File Number : 0730-00000040278

That this Utility Vehicle has a Franchise issued by the Land Transportation Franchising
and Regulatory Board to operate Dumaguete City to Amlan and Vice Versa which authority will
exp[ire on January 9, 2019 under Case No. 07-08-2883;

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php
100,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the vendee, SHERYLL M. ATOWAN, and
receipt in full is hereby acknowledged by the vendor, to his entire satisfactions and that by virtue
of these presents the vendor herein, does hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY unto the
vendee, his heirs and assigns, by way of absolute sell, the aforementioned motor utility vehicle,
together with its Franchise to operate as a Utility Vehicle; free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the vendor warrants her ownership over the said motor vehicle and will defend the
rights of the vendee against any adverse claim whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this ____day of July

Community Tax Certificates Nos.21481647 and 21481972, respectively and both issued on July
21, 2014 at Sibulan, Negros Oriental, both known to me to be the same persons who executed
the foregoing instrument and that they acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and
voluntary deed.
