1 Restart Of business with previous Order of M/S Godrej qty of 40 MT received in Aug 2018 which
existing customers increased to 400 MT in month of September which further
increased to 700 MT in September & October.
2 New Development Successful Testing of samples in Law Kim Shirwal for stamping
Grade and trial order of 10 MT provided by customer.

3 Customer Support Representative In my first year as a customer representative for TSBSL


maintained high standards for customer service and
responsiveness that have been reflected in the results of my
work. Successful Completion of Targets consecutively for 2
months.
4 Net Sales realization Catering orders with Realization of 53000/MT CRCA in a
market where rate of HR is 40000/MT and landed cost in Pune
is around 49000/MT.
5 MIS Report Generation and Analysis In depth Analysis of Order Load and Sales Figures to maintain
balance and easiness of work.

Other Significant Achievement / Contribution during the year


1) Involved in Implementation of IATF 2016 in plant by collecting necessary requirements from
Automotive Customers.
2) Contributed in presentation making of Annual Sales Meet held at Delhi specifying market share
customer wise and setting of targets for H2 FY18-19, presented by HOD in front of MD and CFO.
Shortfall / Misses during the year
1) Regularization of orders for customer like M/S Godrej, Mahindra CIE.
2) While I did meet my sales target for two months by responding positively, I could have enlarged my
sales pipeline by developing in areas which is still untouched or under development stage.
