 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1- Upon reicept of your amount shall we send all person and transport to start the work
immediately
2- We know that MS ROD used to be 12mm and as per the description given shall be able
to do so.
3- Time period is not the priority of the work it depends
on release of payment as all material has to be
directly purchased by us kindly release the payment
immediately
4- Electricity , Water and 2 TIMES tea shall be
provided by AAAPL at no EXTRA COST. 5- We shall
do the work under coordination and guidance of AAAPL
also carry instructions
as necessary.

6- The rate is for 15 days from today the rate is valid

only till 30th May 2019

7- Days shall be counted only from the day we receive

the amount into our bank account.

8- Any delay in payments shall halt the work.
