Elle: We are gathered here to celebrate the Family Fun Day. Family Fun Day gives family
members and their children a chance to celebrate the meaning of being a family and to spend
quality time with their loved ones by participating in fun activities together. This event has been
promoted by local government and organizations, and is also supported by schools.
Philip: Correct Partner. To formally start out program --- let’s all rise for the Doxology to be
followed by the national anthem.

Elle: To give an opening remarks, may I call our ever supportive principal, Mrs. Nikki Zapata.

Nikki: To our gorgeous and smart guest speaker, Ms. Gracelle Sumido. Our City Mayor,
Honorable Mayor Edward Joloc, our Barangay Chairman, Honorable Captain Roy Calago,
families and other visitor, good morning everyone!
A family is the first school in which a child receives the basic values of life. He learns
good manners in the family. The morals and values learnt in family become our guiding force.
They build our character, they lay the foundation of our thinking. We believe parents are the
main influence in children's lives. Our goal is to build a relationship with the child and with the
family. As your child develops a sense of trust in us and the school environment, they learn to
separate from you with confidence knowing you will return at the end of the school day. We
respect each person's need to experience the separation process in his or her own way, and are
here to help the children express their feelings as they build meaningful relationships with us.
We believe that when a child's social and emotional needs are met, he or she can participate fully
in the wide range of learning opportunities here at school. Children will become familiar with the
routines of a classroom environment and benefit from gaining a sense of what it is like to be part
of a larger group. Welcome to the 2018 Family Fun Day, let’s all enjoy this event. Thank you!

for today’s event.
Elle: Thank you partner. It’s my honor to introduce our Guest Speaker. She graduated at Palawan
State University with the Degree of Bachelor in Science in Secondary Education, Currently
taking her master’s degree in Holy Trinity University. She is a former teacher in our school.
Happily engaged with her long term partner. She is no other than, Ms. Gracelle Sumido. Let’s
welcome her with a round of applause.
