1. WEB REPORTS

1.1. VSO #84479 EXPORT & CONTINUE OPTION IN WEB REPORTS

In Web Reports, there is now an Export and Continue Option that is available without having to edit the report.

So, for example, navigate to Reports > Standard Reports > Select a Report. You will now see that slightly further
down the page there is an “Export and Continue” option:
The report appears at the top right of the screen once is has run and is ready to open.

2. CONTROL PANEL

2.1. VSO #85445 SECURITY TOKEN SEARCH FUNCTION

Security tokens can now be searched for and filtered within Control Panel. There are the options to;
 Search security tokens in security management user groups
 Search security tokens in user management users
 Filter from partial text in Security Management across all the columns

2.2. VSO #85988 ALLOW 3 DECIMALS IN THE DISCOUNT PERCENTAGE

Discount values within Control Panel > Data > Inventory POS > Configure Discount Type now allow for a three
decimal point discount value. To configure this there is a setting in Control Panel > POS > Percentage Discounts >
Number of decimal places available. You can enter anything from 1-4 in this text box.

3. API

3.1. VSO #81714 SAVING 3R D PARTY JOINING INFORMATION TO DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

When a member joins up using an API any documents that are sent through such as Terms & Conditions, will
automatically be uploaded to Document Management.

4. EVENT MANAGEMENT

4.1. VSO #85424 REWORK UI FOR COMPARE CONTRACT VERSIONS

The user interface for Compare Contact Versions has been updated. Previously this was displayed below the
contact versions.
This has now been moved to the Actions list.

Selecting ‘Compare Versions’ will display the ‘Compare Contract Version’ modal with a dropdown displayed.
Select a Contract Version to compare with.

Note: The comparison will always be generated to display from the oldest version to the newest regardless of
order the selection is made e.g. selecting actions against the Newer document and selecting an older document
in the modal will display Oldest to Newest.

5. SPORTS COURSES

5.1. VSO #83456 BULK EDIT OF PROGRAMS (SELECTION AND PUBLISH)

To select items for Bulk Actions the Sports Course Search is used to display and filter the Courses you have
configured.

Having made the relevant search the courses displayed have Checkboxes displayed against them. These are used
to select the courses a Bulk Action will be performed against.
When one or more checkbox has been selected the Bulk Actions menu will display additional actions such as
Bulk Publish and Bulk Withdrawal
By selecting the Checkbox at the top of the column all checkboxes on the current page will be selected. Selecting
‘Select All Results’ selects all results across all pages.

Note: A limit of 1000 courses is set for any single Bulk Action.

You can Bulk Publish courses from the Sports Courses Search page. To do this select the check boxes against the
relevant courses >> select the Bulk Actions dropdown >> select Bulk Publish (Selected).

Note: Courses selected for Bulk Publish must be in the Scheduled state. It is recommended the search Filter
‘Course Status’ is set to ‘Scheduled’ for this step. In this case and with dates stipulated the ‘Select All Results’
option can be used.

The Bulk Publish modal is displayed with the message ‘Are you sure you wish to publish the selected course?
Select the Submit action and see the success message ‘Courses Published Successfully’.

Select the ‘Close’ action and see the search repopulates and the Published status displays against the course.
The course will not be shown when the search reloads if you have filtered by ‘Course Status’: ‘Scheduled’

Note: The selected courses will remain checked in all cases except when the Search uses the ‘Course Status’
filter.

In the instance that a Bulk Publish selection includes courses in the incorrect state, those courses cannot be
published. Where a mix of courses that can and cannot be published are selected, only those that are in the
Scheduled state will be updated. These courses are highlighted in the Bulk Publish modal with a count of the
courses that will be published.

When no Courses meet the Criteria an error will be displayed and no courses can be published.
 5.2. VSO #83461 BULK EDIT OF PROGRAMS (WITHDRAW)

You can Bulk Withdraw courses from the Sports Courses Search page. To do this select the check boxes against
the relevant courses >> select the Bulk Actions dropdown >> select Bulk Withdraw (Selected).

Note: Courses selected for Bulk Withdrawal cannot be in the withdrawn state and cannot have any current
enrolees.

The Bulk Withdrawal modal is displayed with the message ‘Are you sure you wish to Withdraw the selected
course?’

Note: If Cancellation Reasons are enabled the Bulk Withdrawal modal will also display the configured
Cancellation Reasons for Sports Courses. Selecting a Cancellation Reason will be mandatory before the Bulk
Withdrawal can process.

In the instance that a Bulk Withdrawal selection is made and includes courses in the withdrawn state or that
have current enrolees, they will not be withdrawn. When a mix of courses that can and cannot be withdrawn are
selected only those that are valid will be updated. These courses are highlighted in the Bulk Withdrawal modal
with a count of the courses that will be withdrawn.
When no Courses meet the Criteria an error will be displayed and no courses can be withdrawn.

5.3. VSO #83455 BULK WITHDRAWAL OF ATTENDEES (SELECTION, OPTIONS, PROCESSING)

To cancel enrolees in Bulk first select the course to cancel from. Select the Enrolment page and select ‘Enrolee
Actions’ >> ‘Bulk Cancellation’ action.

The Bulk Cancellation page is displayed with selections for Cancellation Options with Repayment Options and
Repayment Method radio buttons.
Select the required radio buttons for refunds and select ‘Next’.

Note: When Extras have been purchased by any enrolees then ‘Extras Cancellation Options’ radio buttons will be
displayed.

Note: When the ‘No Credit/Refund’ radio buttons are selected then the ‘Refund Method’ radio buttons are not
required fields and are disabled.

The Course Enrolees available for Cancellation are displayed with the current Balances, Refund Amount and
checkboxes to assign Cancellations.

To select Enrolees for Cancellation check the ‘Cancellation’ checkbox. Alternatively to select all Enrolees select
the ‘Select All’ action. Enrolees selected for cancellation are highlighted in green. When the required Enrolees
have been selected select ‘Process’.
A loading bar will be displayed while the cancellation is validated and a Success message stating the number of
successfully cancelled member.

Should there be any issues with the cancellation a warning is displayed and the Members who have not been
unenrolled will be listed.
 5.4. VSO #84852 ONLINE WITHDRAWAL FROM PROGRAMS (CONFIGURATION)

Sports Courses can be configured to allow Cancellation online through the Online Member Portal by selecting
‘My Bookings’ or as an Administrator for members of their ‘Contact Group’.

Online Cancellation is configured at either the Template or Course Instance level by setting ‘Allow Online
Cancellation’ to Enabled’

Any course configured to Allow Online Cancellations will display the action ‘Cancel Booking’ against the Sports
Course record in the Online Member Portal.

Note: This setting is set to disabled as a Default and must be switched on in configuration if usage is required.

5.5. VSO #49453 ONLINE WITHDRAWAL FROM PROGRAMS (OPERATION)

Members can cancel a Sports Course Online by logging into the Online Member Portal and select ‘My Bookings’
and expand the record for the Sports Course you wish to cancel. The action will be displayed in the bottom right
of the Course Details.

This action is available until the Course Start date, after this point it will be displayed but will be disabled.
The member will have a summary of the Cancellation Debt or Credits displayed before confirming being asked to
confirm the Cancellation.

Selecting Submit will confirm the Cancellation.

Note: An additional line is displayed for Cancellation Administration Fee when this is configured.

Cancellations can also be actioned for members of a Contact Group by the Contact Group Administrator when
the Sports Course is configured to allow Online Cancellation. To do this log into the Online Member Portal select
‘Contact Groups’. The Contact Group members are listed with the number of courses displayed. Expand the
record for the required member and select the course you wish to cancel.
As with cancelling through ‘My Bookings’ the action ‘Cancel Booking’ is displayed in the bottom left of the
record.

In the case of a course that is not configured for Online Cancellation or a booking that is not valid for online
bookings, e.g. when the Course has started, the system will display the Cancel Booking action - but it is
unavailable. There is a tool tip displayed with the text ‘Online cancellation not available for this course’

5.6 VSO #88789 ADD CATEGORIES FOR SPORTS COURSES IMPROVEMENT

Sports Courses categories window has been improved.

You will be able to select the main category from the drop down. You'll be able to select the subcategory
from the list. Multiple subcategories can be selected by holding down the CTRL button. When you are happy
click the Add Category button. They will then appear under Assigned Categories & subcategories header. To
remove a category simply click the Remove Category button. To save any changes you have made click the
Submit button.
