Stress a lot of “ripples” which is accomplished by fast, short arm
movements

Standing regular
Stand to kneel (repeating) regular
Kneeling regular
Standing two hands at once regular
Power slams
Two hands at once power slams
Wide arm circles rotating in
Wide arm circles rotating out
Jumping jacks

Use your discretion. Don’t kill them, you can include or exclude what
you want, but the JUMPING JACKS must always be done last.
