Hills

The hill circuit is fast and brutal


3 sets by 5 reps
 Set one: Three quarter speed up the hill
stressing high knees and arm pumping.

 Set two: Standing broad jump, not a bunny


hop! Feet together, arms swinging, and
explode as hard and far as you can. Reset and
repeat. Not a race!

 Set three: Bear crawl, enough said

Try to do these quickly, little to no break between


each rep. After each set, allow for a 1 minute
break

When they finish, they can rest, get water, but


keep moving. Allow this to be a quick station that
provides for a small rest.
