Greetings of Goodwill and Peace!

We, the ARK DRÁKŌN of Negros Oriental, a dragon boat team comprising of students and young
professionals, wishing to compete the 2nd Surigao Interrnational Dragon Boat Festival 2019 in Surigao del
Norte come this July 5-7, 2019. In connection with this, we would like appeal for your generosity in
aiding us with our financial obligation for the race (Registration fee- P400.00 per participant, Travel and
Food expenses- P4,500.00).

It is our earnest prayer that you will support us in this event, together with the fulfillment of our aspiration
to contribute our skills, determination and hard work in this kind of sport and become a role model to
other youth in the community.
