condition
2.He didn’t study much , as a consequence, B. carefully thought out in advance ;

3. He was one of the most generous, and C. real or genuine
authentic person I have ever known .

Big Ideas :
 Freedom involves choice.
 As Sartre said, it is through choice that man lives an authentic
human life.
 The act of choosing or the ability to choose is valuable
because it gives the human person the reason to make
deliberate actions .
 If a person has the capacity to choose , then that person can
be held responsible over the consequences of his actions.
 If the choice lies on his hands, he would take considerable
time before acting on something because he knows that if the
consequence is not what he intends to happen , he gets the
blame.
 The person becomes prudent with the choices he makes.

2. Analysis
Ask : 1. How will you describe your ability to make a choice? (difficult , easy,
complex, right or wrong, etc. ) ? Why ?
2. Why is there a need to take a considerable time before making a
choice?
3. Do you consider the possible consequences of your actions when you
make a choice?

3. Abstraction
1. Why do you think, person should be given freedom to choose? What are the
examples of situations that demonstrate freedom of choice and the
consequences of those choices?

4. Application : Group Work ( The group will be given 3-5 minutes to prepare,
then 3 mins. to present )
