industry practitioners with vast experience in the area of Business Excellence from Continuous Improvement, Operations,
Engineering, Quality, Logistic/Supply Chain and IT/Telecommunication, Mining Services and Facility/Infrastructure
Management area.

Strategic Cost Reduction; Creating Disciplined People and Bright Factory through 5S implementation; developing an effective and efficient
Project Management system, and building quality culture through Lean, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance, Balance score card and Total
Quality Management.
He began his career as Engineering at PT PerkinElmer at Batam, Production and Quality Improvement PT Sumitomo Electric Wintec Indonesia ,
Project Development at PT BlueScope Lysaght, Planning and Plant Manager PT Sumiden Sintered Component Indonesia and Strategy
Development Implementation at PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines..

Our Team
Muhammad Ikhsan one of the Founder QB Solution together with Wedhy and Sofyan. Prior Join in QB Solution, He
spend 15 Years of his careers in Various Multinational Company with various Industry from Consulting, Manufacturing,
Mining Services, IT/Telecommunication, and Logistic & Supply Chain. He start career as Risk Management Consultant on
Grupo Boa Vista Brazil, continue to worked on PT. LG Innotek Indonesia as Production, Quality Management and Factory
Improvement. Ikhsan also hold the Black Belt in LG Innotek that conduct several important of six sigma project. He
continue worked on Areva T&D as the APS Manager for installing the Areva Production System and Continued in Carve
Muhammad Ikhsan out process of Schneider Electric from Joint venture UNINDO (Alstom, Schneider Electric, PT. PLN.Tbk) as Industrial
Chief Operation Officer Excellence Manager handle for new Greenfield Factory project based on Schneider Production System Principles.
Ikhsan expand his careers to Mining Services Industry on Dyno Nobel as Business Improvement Manager handle “Velocity” Cost
transformation program and then worked as Vice President at CEO Office Group for Strategic program Implementation on PT. Indosat that
handle various project Improvement Managed Services, Customer Complain Handling End-to-End, Rapid Product Development end-to-end
and Core team for Cost Transformations Program AFG. He moved to worked on PT. Salam Pasific Indonesia Lines as Strategy Development &
Implementation and continued to worked with PT. DHL Supply Chain Indonesia as Operation Management System (OMS) Advisor position.
Ikhsan graduated from Brawijaya University majoring in Electrical Engineering. During his education, he was also as Digital & Computer
laboratory assistance and as Founder of RISTIE ( Riset Teknologi Informasi Elektro).
He attended various training, seminars and Workshops Business Excellence and Leadership Series, i.e.: Six Sigma for Manufacturing Black Belt

Local Government Institutions, University and Mining Company. He Continue his career on TPTIFT ([Tim
Pengembang Teknologi Informasi Fakultas Teknik) as Network Engineer and Web Developer handle
multiple project Design and implementation of IT Infra structure and education System including the

Chief Technology Officer
Sofyan Continued his careers for PT Citra Lintang Informatika as Full stack developer for Web application for Local Government
institutions clients. He continues careers as Manager Level PT. Samsung Telecommunication Indonesia that handle various network
integration project for Telkom,and mobile-8 operators.and Sofyan continue his careers as Web and Mobile apps developer at
Butunijava mandiri that handle local government institution for web application and Infomation system like: e-procurement, Perijinan
online, Aplikasi perjalanan dinas and Sistem informasi kepegawaian.
Sofyan graduated from Brawijaya University majoring in Electrical Engineering. During his education, he was also as Digital and
Computer laboratory assistance and as Co-Founder of RISTIE ( Riset Teknologi Informasi Elektro).
