(Transition from Metro to Mini Cities)
28 Feb- 1 Mar 2019, Venkateshwara University, Meerut, India
PROGRAMME
The session will examine arbitration shaping the future of commercial dispute
resolution over that of conventional methods.
Women have always shown great potential for learning and growth. And not
just in the other profession but also in Arbitration, women have redefined
their roles and taken the centre stage in the service of nation. Breaking
gender barriers and stereotypes women have challenged their own comfort
zones and come out shining. It’s important to celebrate their contribution and
to use it as inspiration for next generation of women to rise.
This mock case has been specially designed, elucidating the insight and the
applicability to real situations so that it becomes a hands-on learning
exercise of usable knowledge. Therefore, this competition would make an
attempt to judge participants with one of the professional challenges in the
field of arbitration.
Under the mentorship of learned experts, small group of students will solve
the case-study and submit the manuscript. The best performing group will be
awarded “Certificate of Merit”. A ‘Certificate of Participation’ will be given
each student participating in the group exercise.
