1. I am Deponent herein and the authorized signatory of Decree Holder

and as such I am well acquainted with the facts of this case.
2. I submit that the above Arbitration case was filed against the
Judgment Debtor and the Hon’ble Arbitrator was pleased to pass
Decree/Award and Judgment on 28.03.2014. After passing of the decree, the
Judgment Debtors failed to pay the decreetal amount; hence we are filing EP
against the Judgment Debtor for recovery of the decreetal amount. The JDR
is residing at H.No.5-9-54/26/1, Hill Port Phool Bagh, Hyderabad – 500029.
There is no stay or appeal pending in any other court in the above matter.
Hence it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to sell the
E.P. Schedule mentioned movable property belongs to JDR under Order 21
Rule 43, 64 and 66 of C.P.C. and Section 36 of Arbitration and Conciliation
Act and the sale consideration may be paid to the DHR. towards realization of
the decreetal amount.
