DEED OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS MORTGAGE, executed by ARTURO U. MARQUEZ, of legal

age, Filipino, widower and a resident of Brgy. Guindapunan West,
Carigara, Leyte, now and hereinafter called the MORTGAGOR in favor of
ANTONIO ALVE, likewise of legal age, married and a resident of Brgy.
Guindapunan East, Carigara, Leyte, now and hereinafter called the
MORTGAGEE, witnesseth: That---

For and in consideration equivalent to the current value of sixty

(60%) percent of the total worth of real and personal assets of Carigara
Cockers and Breeders, which the mortgagor has secured in cash and in
kind from the mortgagee, and to secure the payment/delivery of the
same, the mortgagor hereby makes as COLLATERAL the aforesaid
sixty (60%) percent worth of real and personal assets acquired by
Carigara Cockers and Breeders, of which the mortgagor declares to be
the entrustor of the same, free from liens and encumbrances, in favor
of the mortgagee.

This mortgage is for a period of ____________________________ from

the date of execution of this contract and that the interest earned
would be computed at TWELVE (12%) PERCENT per annum until the
value of the aforestated consideration is fully paid or returned to
mortgagee.

It is of the essence of this contract that this mortgage shall

become null and void and of no effect as soon as the mortgagor settle
said obligation together with the interest thereof.
