DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

“VENDOR”, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of FIVE PESOS (Php
5.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid to my full satisfaction by IAN
DARWIN NIEVA WONG, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at 4674 Cuangco
St., Pio Del Pilar, Makati City,herein referred to as the “VENDEE”. I HEREBY
SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto the said IAN DARWIN NIEVA
WONG, his heirs and assigns, that motor vehicle described as follows, to wit:

basis” and the Vendor shall not be responsible for any repairs of the subject
motor vehicle for it to be in good running condition. The Vendee undertakes to
cause the transfer of the registration of the subject motor vehicle and shall solely
be responsible for the incidental expenses involved.
