NARRATIVE REPORT
ARALING PANLIPUNAN & EDUKASYON SA PAGPAPAKATAO DEPARTMENT
2ND SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL SESSION
(August 31, 2018)
SYNOPSIS

The 2nd School Learning Action Cell Session was held last August 31, 2018, Friday at Donsol National
Comprehensive High School. It was spearheaded by, Mrs. Evangeline M. Datar, Principal III; in attendance were the
teaching staff of the Junior and Senior High School.

The registration started at 7:30 AM, assisted by the Science Department. At 8:00 AM, the plenary session
started following the prescribed programme, that was hosted by Ms. Jenica N. Ombao of English Department. The
highlight of the 2nd SLACS was the discussion of the pertinent topic, Assessment in K to 12 Curriculum. The topic was
discussed by Mrs. Francis C. Razo, MT – II, of Senior High School Department. The discussion of the topic ended at
11:45 AM, and the speaker left an activity, Crafting of Rubric, to be done during the afternoon workshop per department.

The afternoon session resumed at 1:00 PM respectively, where each department were given an assigned
room. The Araling Panlipunan and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao used the Room No. 45.

The AP & ESP Department started the afternoon session on registration, then and immediately followed by
the workshop on Crafting of Rubric. It was headed respectively by Mr. Fabian H. Morilla, MT-II and Mrs. Maileen O.
Nepomuceno, MT-I. Since the activity was to craft a rubric per grade level, the Araling Panlipunan and Edukasyon sa
Pagpapakatao Department decided to team up during the workshop, guided by their previous Daily Lesson Log/Plan
they crafted their rubric per grade level. Whereas, the groupings of the activity were as follow:

The afternoon workshop ended at 3:30 PM, where all the outputs were forwarded and consolidated by the
subject coordinators; Mr. Fabian H. Morilla, Jr. for the Araling Panlipunan Rubrics, and Mrs. Maileen O. Nepomuceno
for the Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Rubrics.
