- requires all employers to use and/or adopt the
Electronic Premium Remittance System (EPRS) as the
mode of preparation and submission / transmission
of the Employer Remittance Report (RF-1) effective
January 1, 2013.

• No Earnings – Mga empleyado na naka leave without pay.
• Separated – Mga empleyadong tanggal o hindi na konektado sa kompanya.
• All employees – lahat ng empleyado
• Pencil icon- ginagamit sa pag palit ng buwan na ini rereport.
- ginagamit sa pagpalit ng status (active, no earnings, separated) at tamang
sahod ng empleyado. 12

Editing Applicable Period. *** click ang pencil icon sa (Applicable
Period) para baguhin ang buwan na I
rereport o babayaran.

*** Kapag tama na ang listahan ng empleyado, I click ang Payment Management -> Payment Posting
*** Click Payment Management ->

cursor sa printer icon at I click ang
Generate SPA tapos I click naman

click ang Payment Management -> Payment Posting at I click ang

*** Pagkatapos I click ang Payment for Posting, I click ang Payment
Option sa bandang kanan para I enter ang detalye ng resibo na
ibinayad.

*** Piliin kung saan nagbayad sa tabi ng Payment Option

*** Ito ang gagawin kung sa PhilHealth Over The Counter nagbayad

*** I click ang Transaction Monitoring -> Transaction History para makita
ang mga nagawang report.
*** Received ang status report kung kaka post lamang. Posted ang Status
kung ayos at posted na ang report sa system. For Reconciliation naman kung
hindi pa posted o maaaring may mali sa ini enter na detalye ng ibinayad /
resibo.
