Introduction
Live web chat applications had created a new trend of communication system between friends,
employees, family, students, and customers for sharing information from any location. Yahoo
chat, face book, Gtalk are few live applications which are mostly used by internet users. At
present mobile chat apps are also widely used by users for sharing information.
We proposed a system in which user can chat upon entrance in specific area shown in map. User
is notified by the application on entrance in specific area and also notified when exit from that
area. Application has information of main buildings, schools and banks on map. Proposed system
has a functionality to calculate distance between two marked positions on map and give the best
route to travel.

Purpose
In proposed system, users can chat in specific bounded area marked by any user. Purpose of our
system is to provide functionality to users to communicate by a system not manually. Manually
system takes time and other communications problems. In present time every one want perfect
work and without losing time that’s why our proposed system gives functionality to have chat in
specific area which can be any institution, office or any private place.

Scope
The application is planned to be used by a user of any specific organization where they want
communication platform in different scenarios. Any user can mark the specific place which is
approved by admin after that other user upon entrance of that specific area they are notified and
can chat with other members which are already present in that specific marked area. When any
user leave that area he/she will be notified and chat option will be disable for that person. Our
proposed system will also give functionality of main local buildings of our area in map, their
information, distance calculation between two marked places and best route for travel to any
specific area. The application is available in the smart phone it is easily accessible and always
available.

Problem Statement
In manual system people in any organization go by walk to any specific office that he/she can
communicate with other. This is time consuming process and also some communication issues.
Lack of information is also main problem if we see from tourist point of view in specific region.
Time is very important in every aspect of life.

Proposed Solution
Proposed application will be android based application where users can communicate with each
other in specific region. In this system users need not to go manually to acquire any information
or chat with each other.
