SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROSITA D. ANTONIO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married and

residing at Nangalisan Solana, Cagayan, Philippines, do hereby NAME,
APPOINT and CONSTITUTE MILAGROS L. DUERME, likewise a Filipino
citizen, of legal age, married and residing at Nangalisan Solana, Cagayan,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in–fact for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To claim and receive Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-115851 from

the Registry of Deeds for Tuguegarao, Cagayan. The said Transfer
Certificate of Title being registered under my name;

2. To facilitate the electrical installation in my house at Nangalisan

Solana, Cagayan;

3. To perform any act or sign or deliver any document, and to perform

such other matters as required and may aid in the prompt
consummation of the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

powers and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-

fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
