BORED, HENCE IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO COLLECT THE DATA.

 MANY RESPONDENTS REFUSE TO ANSWER DUE TO LACK OF TIME


 LESS COORDINATION WITH AREA MANAGERS & COORDINATORS.
 SOMETIMES DATA CAN VARY DUE TO TIME & SITUATION FACTOR.
 LANGUAGE BARRIER AS SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO CALL THOSE ASSOCIATES WHO DON’T KNOW
EVEN HINDI OR ENGLISH BOTH LANGUAGES.

CONSIGNMENTS UPTO1 TON LOAD ON DAILY BASIS.
2. GBA & GDA ( GREEN BUSINESS ASSOCIATES & GREEN DOST ASSOCIATES):
HERE ASSOCIATES INVOLVED TO CARRY OUT DELIVERY OPERATION OF
CONSIGNMENTS BELOW 100 KG.

3. AGE : COMAPANY PREFERS CANDIDATES OF AGE BETWEEN 20 TO 40 YEARS.

6. TAX : ROAD TAX WITH THE RANGE OF ONE YEAR TO LIFETIME IS SUBMITTED IN
ADVANCE BY COMPANY DEPENDING ON THE AREA SPECIFIC RTO GUIDELINES.
7. COMPENSATION : RS. 300 AS COMPENSATION PER DAY DURING TRAINING
PERIOD.
8. BOOKING KIT : COMPLETE BOOKING KIT INCLUDING TAB, BAR CODE
PRINTER, BARCOPDE SCANNER, WEIGHING MACHINE, MEASURING TAPE,
PRINTED STICKER, CALCULATOR ETC.
9. VEHICLE TRANSFER : AFTER 5 YEARS OF SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION,
THE VEHICLE IS TRANFERRED IN THE NAME OF ASSOCIATE.
