3D PACT allows instructors and supervisors to

evaluate staff in the above areas and identify where

a skill can be improved. Evaluations include the
ability to create scenarios and event sequences
that an individual or group need to execute and
are scored on based on rules, boundaries and time
constraints entered by the Instructor/Supervisor.
