BILLING PROCEDURE
 Please sign this guarantee letter and return back to the hotel as a guaranteed reservation maximum
on 28 March 2019, otherwise the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and offer the room and
the required facilities to others party.
 The payment should be paid before event done. All the expenses during the event will be calculated
based on the total actual expensed hours and total room blocks.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy


Please note a cancellation fee the relevant estimated revenue shall be levied if written cancellation notice
received as below:
 14 days before the event, 25 % of the total contracted revenue.
 7 days before the event, 50 % of the total contracted revenue.
 3 days before the event, full payment of the total contracted revenue.
All amendments should be made at least 3 days before the event.
