In Vietnam, there are 12 intangible cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO as the masterpiece
of humanity
no, that is not an uncle in my family but rather, the one and only Uncle, the Great Father of our
nation – Ho Chi Minh. Uncle Ho is the greatest leader of Vietnamese people. He was born on
March, 19th, 1890 in Nghe An province, into an intellectual family. His mother was a farmer. His
father was a teacher.Uncle Ho knew different languages in the world. He used to work as a cook,
a waiter and a tutor . He was also a famous poet. His famous writing is “Diary in prison”. It was
very valuable. Uncle Ho devoted his whole life to the independence of Vietnam. He died in Ha
Noi on September, 2nd, 1969 but he is always in every Vietnamese’s memory.

I loved and respect him very much, and we always remind ourselves” “ Live, fight, work and
study, following greatUncle Ho’s example. In short. I admire President Ho Chi Minh for
everything, the man devoted all his life to the country’s independence and the happiness of its
people. Therefore, I’m trying to behave well, study hard and improve my skills to become a good
leader in the future. Eventhough we all know he had passed away, I believe he still lives in our
minds and our hearts forever.Uncle Ho loved children. That is why he created the well-known
“Uncle Ho’s 5 lessons” which are printed on walls of all classrooms of students aged 6-16 across
the country.

Nowadays, the crime rate is accelerating according to many surveys. To rein this situation, there
should be a mechanism in place like jail for lifetime and death penalty based on the severity of the
crime. The government should enforce such laws to create a high alert around the society and
endorse a secure ruling to its people.

một cơ chế như tù chung thân và tử hình dựa trên mức độ nghiêm trọng của tội phạm. Chính phủ
nên thực thi các luật như vậy để tạo ra một cảnh báo cao xung quanh xã hội và tán thành một phán
quyết an toàn cho người dân.

To summarise, capital punishment is important to bring down the crime ratio and to also provide the
secured life. Otherwise, ambience in the society will disturb which is not recommended for the
common man. Hence, it is advisable to imply such punishment which leads a peaceful life with less
violence in these days and also in the future.

Firstly, it is an effective deterrent to major crimes. If there are stricter punishments, people will
be afraid of committing offences

Secondly, the government spends an ample sum of the national budget on the maintenance of
prisoners with lifetime sentences. So, by capital punishment the administration can get rid of
criminals who are involved in major crimes, such as murders, terrorists, drug smuggling, rape,
and consequently, can avoid the amount spends on imprisonment.

có thể tránh được số tiền bỏ ra cho tù tội.

Tóm lại, hình phạt tử hình là quan trọng để giảm tỷ lệ tội phạm và cũng cung cấp cuộc sống được
bảo đảm. Nếu không, môi trường trong xã hội sẽ xáo trộn không được khuyến khích cho người bình
thường. Do đó, nên đưa ra hình phạt như vậy dẫn đến một cuộc sống yên bình với ít bạo lực hơn
trong những ngày này và cả trong tương lai
