Kind - Whether land is fertile and solid or not.

Kinds of land
Land should be fertile.
though fertile land is useful for plantation yet it is suggested for
vastu may be because plantation is equally necessary for a
happy home.
Land should be solid.
If the land is dug and refilled then it should overflow.
Smell of the land should be good.
It should not contain bones or polythene bags etc.

because anything in the north west moves out of the
house fast so does the guests

west rules the house.
Head while sleeping should be in south or alternatively in
west. This will give a sound sleep.

Bathroom

Should be in north or west.

Geyser should be on south east wall.

In temple at home, idols should face south west.
In main temples, idols face north east and public faces

Should turn clockwise while going up.

If slope is from east to west, eye troubles are there

keep east neat & clean
place a flag in west .

Effects
If Kitchen is in north then there will be family disputes
If north is high then disease and debts prevail
Crack in north causes problem due to ladies

Remedies
Place water fountain in north
Get walls painted in green
Put wind chimes at the entry

Effects
 Water source in west creates financial trouble.
 If west is down, then causes defamation
 If west is more occupied than east then male child causes
trouble.

 Place Varun yantra in west and fast on saturdays
South
Effects
Well in south makes the owner unwell and grips him in
diseases
If south is down ladies remain unhealthy
Empty south causes money loss
Temple in south does not bring peace

Place Yantra for mars in south

If dirty there will be disputes
If cut then Children face lot of problems and owner is in
great tension

the bed-room/bed brings

and causes disturbed sleep.

Having a toilet/fireplace in
north - east corner of the house or
industry can ruin it
financially besides mental
tension & quarrel
amongst people.
 A water body or source should
be in the east or North - east
of the plot. Having a water
body in the south - east /south
position of the house can
cause damage to male child/
wife of the owner. A under -
ground water tank in south - west
can be fatal to the head of the
family or owner of the industry.
More open space in north or east gives
name, fame and prosperity. Leaving
more space on the south -west side in
the house can affect
the male members badly; whereas in
industry it leads to financial loss and
quarrel amongst partners.
 Depression the south -west
can result in to a serious
illness to the habitants,
whereas depression in
north -west causes enemity and
litigation. The depression in south
portion of the building restricts growth
besides financial problems.
Extension in the south -west may
result in loss of health, loss of
money and other unmoutable
problems, whereas an extension
in south -east may lead to fire.
Accidents, theft, and court
litigation.
 Heavy machinery has to be
installed in South, West
and South -West
in the factory.

Finished products are to be kept

in the North West corner. It
would help quick movements
of the stock & early
recovery there of.
 Transformers, generators,
motors, boilers, furnaces, oil -
engines etc. should be kept in
south -east or southern portion
of the plot/building.

Central space is better left open or

used for rituals.Kerala’s /Rajasthan’s
