PROGNOSIS

Patient L.A. ride is now at home with his family. He is now happy with his family right now.

He is able to do his activity of daily living and normally does minimal home tasks. He is well-

groomed, calm, friendly and cooperative. He doesn’t have any unusual and abnormal behavior.

He wanted to stay at home rather than rooming around to his neighborhood. Patient L.A ride

has sometimes evident defect thought process. He sometimes has tangeniality, flight of ideas

and looseness of association and delusions of grandeur such as “si dora ang iyang financer sa

iyang pag skwela”. He wants to continue working abroad at U.K. and Vietnam. As of now, he

wants to take a rest first and continue complying medications for his recovery but he still denies

his mental condition into insomnia.
