challenges and problems. Unfortunately, the region is almost displaced, the villages are
partially emptied, and most of the young people decide to seek their future abroad. The
number of civil society organizations, that advocate implementing actions aimed at improving
the life of people living in this region, is small. It is very important to keep our young people
here, and it is also important to help them to build their future here, in their own country. We
tend to work with them and help them to keep their birthplaces, and to contribute to the
development of the region, on the educational, cultural and economic level.

The region is full of natural resources, and young people and woman have certain educational
capacities, but greater improvement of these target groups is need, so they can be involved
professionally on improving the quality of their life. It is evident that our target groups are
young people and women, especially those living in rural areas; our priority is economic
strengthening of these groups. By examining their needs, we find out that these marginalized
groups need professional support, so they can make progress on the path of the
entrepreneurship. They also need promotion and collaboration with business companies, and
also in their aim to start their own business, encouragement is need.
