Dear Mr. Abdulla,

I am writing this to inform you that I am highly interested in the “Bapco Assistant Manager Graduate
Training Program” in the department of Visual Design - AMPT, 06. Being a second year Visual Design
student at the University of Bahrain Polytechnic, I have a clear understanding and have learned the
importance of time management, getting my work done on a strict deadline, and the dedication that is
necessary to fully exert my efforts and skills onto oncoming projects that need to be done for clients.

I have been a part of the “Bahrain Society for the Parents and Friends of the Disabled”, which has led
me to fully understand the importance of working in a team. I have learned how to communicate, solve
problems and multitask. I am always eager to learn new skills and excel at them, and I adapt quite
quickly in any environment that is set out for me.

In regards to my background, it includes an extended freelance graphic design experience in the two
years that I have been a Design student. I was able to bring my skills in my work because of the design
platforms that the University of Bahrain Polytechnic provides. My illustration skills have led me to design
posters for specific events that the Bahrain Society for the Parents and Friends of the Disabled has set
out over the past year. I also have previous experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign before I
had the honor t become a Polytechnic student. My experience in photography has allowed me to
showcase a variety of my work in the designs I put out for the assignments that have been given to me. I
was also able to show my skills in assisting various people in the gaming company, 8-Bit, in designing the
logo before the opening of the company itself. I have confidence in taking any project that requires my
creativity and use of the programs that I have experience with, as well as the dedication to work
intensively in any task that will put my skills and tolerance to the test.

As you can see, I have a strong dedication in regards to this industry, and I would be honored if I was
given the chance to bring my skills to the company. I want to be able to put my skills to good use for a
company that has a large influence and a strong passion for design. I have done my research on your
company and I would love to address that I have seen many great and creative things from the design
team, and it would be an outstanding opportunity if I could be a part of such an influential company.
