In the lower chamber, more than
a hundred first-time members of
the House of Representatives will
take a three-daylegislation course
starting onJune 22 ot before the
opening of the 18th Congress,
which will start on JulY 22.
The legislative course is orga-
nizedbythe House of RePresenta-
tives and the National College of
Public Administration and Gov-
ernance of the UniversitY of the
Philippines.

crafting the national budget, as
well as ethics and how to engage
