To whom it may concern,

Greetings! I am writing this letter to you on behalf of Megan Hart, an applicant for a teaching position at your
Department of Kinesiology school. Megan was a student of mine during her post-baccalaureate program in physical education at Towson
8000 York Road University. During her time in our program, I served as her professor in four different classes and her University
Towson, MD 21252-0001 supervisor during authentic teaching experiences (Internships). Megan is a very conscientious student and takes
her role as an educator very seriously. She was a big presence in our physical education program, someone who
participated with enthusiasm and a love for the field. It is clear that she is going to make an outstanding educator.

Megan is a very talented teacher. She is sensitive to the needs of her students, designs lessons thoughtfully, has
strong content knowledge, and it is clear from watching her teach; she is passionate about putting students first.
Megan has demonstrated the ability to design lesson plans that have clear and accurate objectives, appropriate
task sequences, interesting content, and well-designed assessment pieces. She has a very good rapport with her
students, manages her time and facility exceptionally well, and has the ability to move students seamlessly from
one activity to the next. As a result, she demonstrates an understanding of the importance of maximizing student
learning opportunities in her class.

Not only does Megan have a technical understanding of the field, but she also illustrates a keen ability to integrate
critical thinking and issues of diversity in her class. For example, I have personally witnessed Megan critically
analyze and teach about issues of gender, ethnicity, and social class during a soccer unit. These skills are
incredibly important in, and have the ability to progress, the fields of health and physical education. I believe
Megan will make an excellent addition to your school. Having worked with undergraduate students for six years,
Megan is one of the best students I have had the pleasure of working with. Please consider her for this position,
as you will not be disappointed with your decision. I feel confident in saying that your students will love her
immediately and that she will provide a quality health and physical education program that will help impact the
culture of your students for years to come.

Should you need to contact me for any further information, please do not hesitate to use the information below. I
would be happy to speak with you directly.

Sincerely,

Dillon Landi
