OFFICE OF CRITICAL TECHNOLOGIES AND SECU- 3 RITY. 4 (a) Esranrastnent.—There is established inthe 5 Executive Office of the President an Office of Critical 6 Technology and Security (in this section referred to as the 7 “Office”), 8 (b) Director —BAGIIs40 Sew a anune in 13 14 15 16 7 18 19 SLC 2 (1) IN GENERAL.—There shall be at the head of the Office a Director who shall be appointed by the President.
