The 2/2-way function and the vacuum valve slice enhance
the CPV concept with additional functions. They allow for
use in new
applications areas, especially where decentralised system
concepts are involved. Great flexibility is assured by means
of diverse electrical
and pneumatic connection options. The unique 2 P channel
system made possible by CPV technology is extremely well
suited for a great
variety of vacuum applications. Highly flexible thanks to
versatile electrical connection options (individual plug, multi-
pin, fieldbus or AS
interface), and connection options for pneumatic multiple
connector plates. Available in two types with additional 2/2-
way valve for
ejector pulse.
