Atty Alex Aaron Rios

Atty. Alex is currently an in-house counsel of PLDT Inc. He initially joined the PLDT Group as an Associate
Lawyer of PLDT Global Corporation (PGC) until being promoted to PGC as Head of Legal Services. In
2016, he moved to PLDT where he is currently serving as the Corporate Counsel for Finance and
Corporate Governance. Prior to PLDT, Alex was a senior associate of Salumbides Law Office.

He was also a lecturer in San Beda College from 2008 to 2013. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from
San Beda College in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar the following year. He is married with 2 kids.

Bea De Jesus

Bea is a graphic designer by profession and an entrepreneur. She graduated Integrated Marketing
Communications at the University of Asia and the Pacific and has work background in sales &
Marketing and design. She’s the founder and owner of Abacá, which started in 2016, and currently
exports hand-made products to the US, Europe and other countries. She also co-founded Sune in 2013,

Dr. Racheal Laren Ong

Dr. Racheal is a medical doctor by profession. She also finished her Master’s in Business Administration.
Currently, She is currently an inhouse physician at Asian Institute of Management (AIM). Aside from
that, she is also an entrepreneur; she is hands-on in managing their family business.

Despite her very busy schedules, she still sets aside time to do her passion in painting, music and sports.
She is also leading small groups of young women, helping them to pursue their passion and purpose in
life.
Val Baguios

Val is a professional coach and a leadership development consultant. He is an International Coach

Federation (ICF) certified coach and also a Gallup certified strengths coach.

He is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in organizational psychology at Ateneo De Manila

University. He is also the administrator of the strengthfinder Philippines network and also serves as the
officer in the council for strengths coaches in the Philippines.

Cay Acuna

Cay is the President and the CEO of Ad Garlic, a dynamic integrated marketing communication firm that
"changes hearts and transforms lives" by living the value of "PLUSI+IVITY" which means seeing the good
and realizing the value of anything and everything, always.

She has been in the marketing communications industry for more than 27 years.

Cay is also a loving mother to two beautiful girls, Nikki and Coly.

Arnel Pepito

Arnel is a Portfolio Manager at Eastern Securities, a trading participant of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
He is also a registered stockbroker and a licensed trading floor trader. He has also worked with the stock
brokerage arm of Wells Fargo Bank, which has exposed him to US equities and global markets.

He founded investambayan in 2016 with a main goal in mind to teach ordinary Filipinos in personal
finance and investing.

He loves writing blogs, playing with his cats and singing karaoke. He is also a big fan of Gordon Ramsay,
eventhough, he doesn't know how to cook.
