B. Entry Phase
a.Integration with the community

e.Delivery of basic health services
f.Preparation for the selection of a core group member
g.Defining roles and functions of the core group
h. Conduct (SALT) Self Awareness and Leadership Training (SALT)

C. Community Study/ Diagnosis Phase ( Research Phase)
