Introduction
This is Ghazi Albalushi, your organization hired me to be the investigator for this business and present you this
report to analyze JaanClick Media Company and to see if this company is worth investing in or not. All this will
be explained in the upcoming contents.

About JaanClick media

According to (Jaan, 2017) JaanClick media is a small media production company based in Bahrain since 2012,
located in Tubli with six employees, specialized in photography and videography. This company provides high
end quality photography and videography solutions, JaanClick media also provides all kind of media workshops
within Bahrain and outside as well. This organization has some of the biggest clients spread all across the GCC,
such as Viva, Batelco and other associations in Oman, KSA and Kuwait.

Products and services

In photography JaanClick media provides commercial, fashion, automotive/cars, landscape, weddings and
events photos using latest cameras and equipments with high quality results.

In videography JaanClick media provides and produces commercial/TVC, workshops, short films and music
videos.

Financial status
The year of establishment i.e 2012 was one of the lowest in respect of cash inflows as it was newly came into
being and required much of a effort to acquire business. With passing of the years the business volume
increased and JaanClick media was successful to acquire prime accounts such as Viva, Batelco, IKEA etc.
Currently the finances are stable although the effect of oil prices haven`t directly impacted yet the effect is
present in the market. The future of finances is bright as the market in Bahrain and GCC has started to pick up.

The media industry in Bahrain

JaanClick media belongs to the media industry. The media industry plays a major role in Bahrain`s market, as
companies are always in need of promotion across the country.

This is a huge industry not just in Bahrain but also in all GCC countries, this industry`s growth is brilliant and
noticeable at this time, it is giving us the impression that this industry will grow rapidly and has a bright future.
Also other personal shoots and events from several clients and different associations in Bahrain and in other
GCC countries.
PEST analysis
Political
 Copyrights: the digital revolution is expanding yet has many issues to combat. One of which is the
number of lawsuits it has faced due to copyrighted content. This has led publishers to take extra
precautions as they need to avoid future lawsuits. According to (Saima, 2013) the threat here is piracy,
where people will copy content free of charge.

 Laws: one of the ways to expand your income is to have your own side business besides the regular job
you do. But in Bahrain for people who are already working whether in the public sector or private
sector they are not allowed to have their own a CR.

 Permissions: in industries like these it is important to promote your countries’ monuments, but it is
very difficult to get permission to shoot in places like these.

Those were the factors that affect business activities and performance in a negative way, but the government
also provides enough support and help to the citizens to start up their local businesses and some of them are:

 Governmental support through Tamkeen and other associations that help citizens to build up their
businesses.

 Legal rights, government will always stand besides you if anything wrong or any injustice accrued to
company.

 Employee’s benefits, the government will always follow up with the owner about his employees
regarding their salaries, healthcare and other.

Economical
 Employment laws: most of the local businesses start with one employee who is the owner, in order to
expand an organization the first thing is to get other suitable employees, almost all of the companies
require expert employees on lower costs. But the government will not easily approve to have more
than 5 employees visas for companies such as JaanClick media.

 Unemployment policies: accompanying an expert from time to time help a lot to develop some of your
work, but legally that is not allowed unless the expert is one of your employees.
On a positive note, economically Bahrain has grown successfully over the past ten years, due to it`s
liberal economic policies, and has a clear roadmap for improving the prosperity of all in society. Which
are:

 No-interest rate on any of the work the company does.

 As Bahrain`s economic development board mentioned The economic vision 2030 is a roadmap for
making Bahrain a more sustainable, competitive and fair economy, with the aim of doubling household
income by 2030.

Socio/cultural
 Bahrain is a multi-cultural country: people from different backgrounds, cultures, traditions and
religions are living together here. This could affect your business on a positive way, but sometimes
these people from different backgrounds could be the critics on your work, because other companies
owners have different specific requirements and after the work is done in the media industry, most of
the work are shared through social media. So people from different cultures will start to have various
opinions and also your work could get criticized.

But on the other hand, Bahrain`s education level have increased rapidly in the past several years, and the
youngsters are the majority of the population and the culture is becoming more tolerant than ever.

 The education level: as I mentioned the educational qualifications are increasing in Bahrain. So that
helped the people to appreciate the media industry work more and more and people also started to
understand that works like these cost the company, so people agreed on high payments instead of
bargaining.

 The youngsters: before it was something astonishing to see men and women at their mid twenty`s
owning a business. But today that impression has changed, because the majority of the population are
men and women within 20 to 40 years old and that pushed the media industry to be more creative,
because younger people have more open and imaginative minds. They will require more creative work
from the company and that is a win-win situation, socially the company will gain a good reputation and
in the perspective of business the more creative the work is, higher the cost gets.
Technological
The technological revolution was the reason behind all this success and growth of the media industry all over
the world. But whenever anything good happens, it will bring some damage with it.

 The fast spread throughout the internet: from time to time some of the false new get spread all over
the country because of the activeness of the social media and the internet, and that could affect any
company`s reputation in the country.

 The development of the technology: till this day technology is evolving. Every day, month and year
there is something new appearing in the digital world. Which lead to a major problem, owners have to
be updated with anything new arrives. So the more advanced the technology becomes, the more time
you will lose on adapting that technology.

Otherwise, technological factors mainly helped this industry to outgrow financially and to attract other
companies and investors towards this industry.

 The internet and the social media: the technology did as a huge favor by creating the internet, and
today more than half of media companies works are benefiting from the internet and the social media.
Whether it was promoting other companies through videos, photos or visual designs, or promoting
your own company through the internet.

 Ease in communication: technology helped to make the communication extremely easy between
media companies and other companies, clients or investors by providing various ways to communicate,
for instance e-mail, social media, communication applications and communication services.

Analysis of results
Based on the research I have carried in the previous section, as a consultant I highly recommend to invest in
this company. Due to my research and my interview with the owner of JaanClick media company, this
company is a very profitable company. The more you invest in this company the more profit you are going to
gain. As an evidence for my recommendation here are the points from PEST and SWOT analysis that proves
that this company is a profitable company.

From the PEST analysis: the government will always provide the legal rights for the company if anything
wrong or injustice happened to the company, which means the government will stand beside the company in
situation like these. So if your organization decided to invest in the company and after that some kind of fraud
work appeared in the company, your organization and the company itself will not have to worry because the
government has enough laws to get rid of such problems. Furthermore, the government will not ask for any
interest rate on any of the work the company does, so the benefits will be divided in just two parts which is a
plus point for your organization because there no other interfering in JaanClick media company and will get
high shares from the company you are investing in. Economically Bahrain is on the right track and growing,
also we have the 2030 economic vision is a roadmap for making Bahrain more sustainable and aiming to
double households income, which means that more people and companies will start to have more budget and
will look forward to pay more for more work which requires hard work and long hours of work. Basically this
vision attracts more clients for JaanClick media company. In addition the younger generation growth in the
population will affect positively because they have more imaginative minds and they always require creative
work and such work needs hard work and lots of effort and the question will be how is that beneficial? Will,
the more work the company does, higher the cost gets, so they will have to pay more for such requirements.
And lets just not forget how easy it is to benefit from the social media, before marketing was very costly but
ever since the social media got in trend the marketing became almost for free!

From SWOT analysis: your organization will gain good reputation after investing in JaanClick media company
because JaanClick media already has the reputation in the market and deals with big corporates. And after the
news of your investment the company will attract more clients because before your investment the company
always came up with high quality products and service, so after investing in the company the company will get
better equipments and other things that improvise their products and services. Moreover, the company each
year ends up with big outcome and year by year the company is developing, which means all the years the
company was outgrowing without any investments and after the investment the company will take a big jump
commercially and economically and the outcome will get higher than ever.
Porter`s 5 forces
Threats of new entry:
Yes the intensity of the new comers is high, but once your company gets known in the market the company
will automatically gain loyal clients.

Bargaining power of clients;

In the beginning the situation was different, to attract clients the company had to provide discounts to attract
more companies towards JaanClick. But after they see the results of the work they understand, also ever since
the company gained its reputation the clients do not have the same amount of power they used to have.

Threats of substitutes:
The threat of substitutes is always but Jaanclick has earned a good reputation and a goodwill through the
quality of work so it would not be easy to substitute Jaanclick too quick. It is worth noting Jaanclick always try
to outclass the competitors and they have proved this at many times as well.

Bargaining power of suppliers:

Another plus point is that suppliers do not tend to higher the rates specially towards companies like JaanClick
media, because they want big companies use their products so they get known in the market.

Intensity of rivalry:
The intensity is high, there are a lot of competitors in this industry. But the quality of the work always differs.
Also the company already has it`s reputation and has loyal clients.

Porter`s 5 forces is another evidence that JaanClick media company is worth investing in.

Conclusion
To summarize, this company has all the characteristics that any successful company should have. Investing in
this company will be the right move. Through the PEST and SWOT analysis I reached that this company is on
the right track and I believe after this investment the company will outgrow and will become Bahrain`s
number one media company.
