08. Results & Acceptance: Working person will not get injured during feeding

09. Frequency of Realization: As per requirement

10. Step Procedure:

 Place two pallets of bricks one over other by means of a fork lift truck.
 Tie the sling from bottom base of lower pallet folding it to the top of upper pallet.
 Fix the eye of both the slings on the crane hook.
 Guide the operator to lift the load slowly.
 Place the pallets on the kiln platform and lower the hook at ground again.

Awareness information which can inspire work men towards behavioral safety to achieve zero harm should be given
by TBT, Monthly safety meetings etc.

 Place one pallet of bricks by means of a fork lift truck.

 Tie the one sling from one end of bottom base of pallet.
 Tie the other sling from other end of bottom base of pallet.
 Fix the eye of both the slings on the D-shackle & hook of hoist.
 Guide the operator to lift the load slowly.
 Place the pallets on the kiln platform and lower the hook at ground again.

10. Step by Step Procedure:

 Keep rubber pad below the discharge of elevator to collect the brick.
 Keep two men power at ground floor.
 Keep 3-4 men power at burner platform.
 Start the elevator.
 Place a brick in elevator bucket.
 Collect the brick at burner platform.
 Transport the bricks in such a way that these can be collect easily at burner platform.
 Make the staging of brick.
 Stop elevator after completion of brick shifting.

10. Step by Step Procedure:

 Take the lift at required floor from where brick to be shifted.

 Place 70-80 bricks in lift gently.
 Close the door of lift.
 Start the lift.
 Stop the lift at required floor where bricks are to be unloaded.
 Remove the bricks from lift cabin & staging at floor.
 Repeat the above procedure for further shifting.
