BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
The author was born on 23rd of November 1997 at Sitio Catama, Barangay Ilian,
Dumaran, Palawan. He is the fifth among the 6 siblings of Mr. Edmundo L. Felizarte and
Catama, Barangay Ilian, Dumaran, Palawan as First Honorable Mention and completed
his secondary education at Catama National High Scchool at Sitio Catama, Barangay
hardworking and responsible as he was elected as an officer ever since his primary level
up to now.
why he was able to gained a lot of friends. If he has a spare time, he used to watch

The author was born at Sto. Malinao, Brgy. Libertad, Taytay, Palawan on
February 04, 1997. She is the 9th daughter among the ten (10) children of Mr. Romeo P.
Currently, she is trustworthy, respectful, hard working and willing to learn. One of the
greatest blessings she had received was when she was granted scholarship in college
because through this she was given the opportunity to continue her studies in college.
Campus and she is now one of the graduating students of Batch 2018-2019. She wanted
to be successful woman who has her own business and at the same time being Hands on

ABSTRACT
Specifically, this study aimed to (1) describe the profiles of the respondent; (2)
determined the facilities and equipment; (3) determine the working environment in terms
of Physical Facilities, Office Equipment, Office Supplies and Materials, and Personal
Relation Relative to Task Performance; (4) assess the level of job performance of the
respondents; (5) determine the relationship between the working environment and job
Using descriptive and co-relational survey research design with qualitative and
quantitative data support, data were obtained with the survey questionnaire as the main
instrument administered by the researcher to eighty (80) employees that were chosen in
different departments. Data gathered were analyzed and interpreted using frequency
Result shows that majority of the respondents were 21-26 years old, female,
single, college graduate, permanent, a family income from salaries ranging from Php11,
equipments and office supplies and materials are available, while actions/conditions
relative to personal relation in task performance were always available and the
relative to task performance while in supplies and materials they were not significant.
