Company Overview
Starting from an Inspection Department of one of the pioneering companies of the Radi-
ant Group’s businesses with specialization in the field of Non Destructive Testing (NDT)
back to the 1970s, Radiant Group began its business activities in Indonesia amidst the
booming oil and gas exploration and exploitation activities . Slowly but surely, this
Department then managed to develop its expertise in nearly all lines of Inspection
services. Finally, in mid-1984 it turned into an independent company under the name PT.
Radiant Utama Interinsco.

The Company was officially established on August 22, 1984 pursuant to its Articles of Asso-
ciation No. 41 drawn up before Notary Hadi Moentoro, SH and obtained formal approval
of the Minister of Justice through Decree Letter No. C2-574.HT.01.01.HT.85 dated 11 Febru-
ary 1985 and were promulgated in the State Gazette No. 860 dated 18 June 1985 Supple-
mentary No. 49 of 1985.

As the Company business keep expanding, in 2002 the Company took over PT. Supraco
Indonesia, as a subsidiary company under the Radiant Group business group established
in 1979. It engages in offshore oil and gas offshore support services including logistics
services, shore base, maintenance and technical support services. Furthermore, in 2008
PT. Supraco Lines was established as part of the business development strategies focused
on offshore production facility operations, ship operations and operations for shallow
marine oil exploitation activities. In the same year, PT. Supraco Deep Water was estab-
lished in order to capture the business opportunity of providing offshore production sup-
port and Rig Specialist for offshore facilities outside Indonesia.

In its 34th year of operations, the Company has marked its presence in the services sector
supporting the oil and gas industry in Indonesia relying on its Human Resources in Jakar-
ta, and 10 Branch Offices & Representative Offices with work operations covering almost
all parts of Indonesia. RUIS has managed to capitalize its concerted efforts by continuous-
ly exploiting all of its resources and potentials to produce a positive and quality perfor-
mance through the development of new and renewable energy industries. We continue to
exist, grow and develop.

 MILESTONES
1984 RUIS as part of Radiant Group was established.  

RUIS receives ISO 9001:2000 of Quality Management System for inspection services as a preliminary
2002 step to start its commitment to achieve  quality certification for coming years.

A subsidiary of RUIS, PT Supraco Indonesia,  received ISO 9001:2000 certification as the

Consortium establishment between RUIS and Global Process Systems Inc (UAE) for tender participatin
2005 of “Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) Conversion and Operating Services” held by  Santos
(Madura Offshore) PTY.LTD.

2006 RUIS in consortium with GPS Inc  is awarded MOPU  Conversion and Operating Services project  by

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
To comply with Safety, Health, and Environment (“HSE”) as mandatory required in mineral and gas
industry, Company has updated its HSE guidelines periodically by following the standards determined
by Certificate at its current version namely OHSAS 18001;2007 the latest certificate to implement Occu-
pational Health and Safety Management System by reinforcing zero accident in operations areas and
environmental friendly in compliance with prevailing regulation and standard requirement as recog-
nized nationally and internationally under ISO 14001;2015, while for quality management system for
process and procedure in the Company is using standard under ISO 9001;2015 .

Company is also committed take active role and maintain responsibility for implementing the occupa-
tional safety and healthy management system by creating work place with zero accident and maintain-
ing environmentally friendly manner in compliance with laws and regulations in national and/or inter-
national standard level.

ISM CODE for Marine Safety

ISM Code is International Safety Management Code, it is safety standard that should be applied on
Marine. ISM Code has 2 categories certificate there are DOC (Document of Compliance) for Company
and SMC (Safety Management Certificate) for ship/ both.

PT. Supraco Lines (as one of subsidiary companies) has implemented ISM Code since July 30th, 2013
certified by BKI (Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia) and extended by Ministry Of Transportation Republic Of
Indonesia.

MARINE SERVICES
To better support our clients in all aspects of their operations, We provide dredging
services for offshore oil and gas companies. Equipments acquired for these specific
purposes are crane barge facilities, consisting of an accommodation barge, tugboats
and hopper barges.
