Circular for Class I & II

Greetings from Maple Bear-CMA!
We welcome you to the CMA family! You are requested
to read and follow the given instructions, to enable us to
help your child get the best from the school.
➢School reopens on 5th April’19
➢School timings: 6:55am – 1:05pm
*** Every Saturday is a holiday for classes Nur-II
➢Place your order for Regular school uniform to
“Narmada Creation” Sardar park 2, GIDC
Ankleshwar.(white shoes without laces)
➢Download Teno app for school circular. Our school
code is Sd698.
➢Make Identity card stating the following information
name of child , class, division, father’s name mobile
numbers, address.
➢Keeping in mind the weight of the school bag please
ensure that your child carries books according to
the time table. No extra books or stationery to be
carried.
➢Stationery needed daily-
• 4 sharpened pencils.
• 1 eraser
• Plastic crayons in a small box/pouch
• NO SHARPENERS ALLOWED.
➢Break Time –
• Short break of 10mins. Send seasonal fruits, nuts or
salad in a small light weight tiffin box.
• Long break of 20 mins. Send healthy home made
fresh food like Roti sabji, idli ,dhokla, muthia, poha,
veg pulav etc. in a light weight tiffin box.
• No ready made processed food allowed.( pasta,
noodles, kurkure, biscuits etc )
• Send a small napkin and table mat everyday.
• No sanitizer is allowed.
• The water bottle should be child friendly and light
weight.
➢With a permanent marker pen write the name of the
child on his/her belongings.
➢Please check the books daily to revise the class work.
➢Refer Broadcast and Teno for important messages.
➢In case of absenteeism-
• For 1-2 days inform class teacher.
 • For more than 3 days leave to be sanctioned by the
principal.
• Send leave note or email to the concerned person.
➢Home reading program-
• Every Friday one story book will be sent in a
folder.
• Please read aloud the story during the weekend.
• Story book to be returned on Monday in a folder
• Record of the name of the book and the
Author/Publisher to be maintained at home.
• Based on the stories read, group discussion and
activity will be done in the class.
• Handle the books carefully.
➢Assessment-
• Continuous evaluation of the units covered.
• Guided Reading level of the child will be
assessed twice a month.
• Assignments and projects will be assessed.
• Academic session will be divided into two
terms; surprise quarterly test .
• Half yearly exam (first term) and Final exam
(second term) of 25 marks written and 25
 marks oral (syllabus and time table will be
given)
• Observation related to behavior will also be
graded.
➢Parent Teacher Meeting-
• Parent teacher meeting will be held quarterly to
discuss the child’s progress
• Specific time slot will be allotted for the PTM.
• If need be, prior appointment to be taken of the
class teacher , for first Saturday of the month.
➢For good health-
• Maintain personal hygiene.
• Exercise regularly.(play outdoors)
• Sleep at least eight hours daily.
• Eat a balanced diet, nutritionally rich in protein and
vitamins.
• Avoid eating unhealthy food.
• You are requested not to send your child to school if
the child is suffering from any of the infectious
disease.
➢Birthday celebration-
• Child can come in coloured dress.
 • No expensive gifts to be distributed to the children or
the teacher.
