CONDITIONAL DEED OF SALE OF VEHICLE WITH DOWNPAYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT OF CONDITIONAL SALE made and executed by and between

That is agreed that the vendee will also give payments to the Vendor during the periods as stated
below to fully cover the remaining balance:

That failure on the part of the Vendee to settle the balance on due date, the Vendee shall be
charged/penalized with additional of 10% of the balance on the said due date.
