TYPES OF SYNCHORNISING CIRCUITS

TIE CYLINDERS
Cylinders tied together for mechanical
synchronisation are perhaps the most
advantageous action.
This arrangement works well on heavey
equipments when the mechanical linkage is rigid.
Rack and pinion connections are good if the
mesh is proper and backlash is not presen.
This method is limited to cylinders which move
in the same directions.

Adding both equations are
P3=0
P1Ap1= F1+F2

MATCHING PUMPS
Two pumps That have identical deliveries will move
the cylinder in unison.
Two pumps are mounted on a common shaft and
have identical deliveries.
The accuracy of synchoronisation depends on the
volumetric efficiency of both the pumps,lekage
past the piston,wear of the pump parts and
friction created by load.
